1. F. REGISTER WITH NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES (NHS)

By law, it is compulsory for you and your family to regster with your local National Health Services (NHS). You have to register as soon as you have arrived in UK so that you will get a FREE medical consultation/ prescriptions for your entire family member. For children under 12 years old, the prescription/medicine is FREE whereas for 12 years old and above, you have to pay for prescription/medicine. You can get exemption by applying to NHS Prescription Authority using form HC1. This form is available online at   any a Jobcentre Plus Office or NHS hospital. Your doctor, dentist or optician may have one too. You can also request a form by telephoning calling 0845 610 1112 or visit  http://www.nhs.uk/Pages/homepage.aspx

1. G. PENDAFTARAN SEKOLAH UNTUK ANAK

Pendaftaran persekolahan anak boleh dilakukan secara walk-in ke mana mana sekolah yang terdekat dengan rumah/penginapan dan ianya tertakluk kepada  kekosongan yang ada. Segala borang boleh didapati disekolah berkenaan.

5. Sijil berhenti sekolah/Sijil persekolahan anak (sometimes the school will request, so better to bring in as well)
